St Dunstans House, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A Working as Principal Contractor, Greater London Demolition provided full asbestos removal, before the internal strip out, coordinating the removal of waste in the busy City of London location. We undertook the intricate demolition of eight storey city centre office block. We achieved this by conducting floor by floor dismantling using mini excavators from floor eight to floor three then high reach demolition down to ground level. We finished by removing the basement and implementing temporary works. This complex project was completed in close vacinity to the University of London and sensitive Royal Court sessions so noise monitoring and daily liaison with local stakeholders to ensure disruption from demolition activities was kept to a minimum.
